Includes a 90-minute consultation with a professional estate planner, the most suitable Will for your needs, Power of Attorney options, tax-saving strategies, Trust options for asset protection, long-term care planning, and a 30-minute follow-up meeting to discuss recommendations. If the service cannot save at least the fee in tax savings for estates impacted by Inheritance Tax, the cost of the service will be refunded.
