Members earn one point for each dollar spent, excluding tax and tip, at participating Levy Restaurant locations from January 1 through December 31. The account number must be presented at the time of purchase, is for individual use only, and is non-transferable. Points are not earned on gift card purchases, have no cash value, and blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Rewards expire one year from the date they are redeemed. Members must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Employees of Levy Restaurants and affiliated companies, and their families, are not eligible. To qualify for points on private party functions, members must have accrued at least 250 points in one calendar year before booking. Private party points apply to food and beverage only, excluding tax. Dining certificates are not valid toward deposits for private parties or group dining reservations of 10 or more planned with a sales associate.
