Purchase a brand-new apartment at Europa on Alma and Bolton Clarke will cover the monthly maintenance levy for up to 3 years. The levy is covered for one year on resale apartments. The offer is available from 1 June 2026 until 18 December 2026 inclusive. It applies to new incoming residents who reserve an apartment during the offer period and enter into and complete a Residence and Management Contract by close of business on 18 December 2026. For first occupancy apartments, the credit applies for 36 months from settlement. For subsequent occupancy apartments, the credit applies for 12 months from settlement. The offer ceases if the contract terminates, only one offer applies per apartment, eligibility and residency criteria apply, and the offer is subject to the contract and stated terms and conditions.
