Level Up Membership costs $250 per month and includes 8 credits per month, a stated value of $504, and savings of $254. Credits may be used for Core Therapies or IV Drips. One credit equals one Core Therapy. Four credits can be redeemed for an IV Drip with 2 Signature Nutrients or a High Dose Drip. Memberships require a 3-month commitment, and cancellations must be submitted with 30 days' notice. Level Up Membership Credits expire 100 days from issuance.
