Late check-out is subject to availability and confirmation from the team. For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge applies: after 12:00 PM, 50% of the nightly rate; from 4:00 PM onwards, 70% of the nightly rate; from 6:00 PM onwards, the full nightly rate. These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent housekeeping from beginning the scheduled turnover.
