Large Hall, 42ft x 25ft, can comfortably seat 60 people. Hire rate £45 per hour. Rates include use of the kitchen for preparation of teas and coffees. For an additional £15 per hour, the kitchen may be used for other purposes. Four car parking spaces are available. The entire premises, except for the office, including the kitchen and garden, can be hired for £75 per hour. Discounts can be negotiated for regular usage. For children's parties, there is a minimum hire period of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. A security deposit of £150 is required.
