Find a Tenant, Full Management and Rent Collection from 10% excluding VAT. Find a Tenant only service from 8%, with no renewal fees and no admin fees. Management only fees from 3%. Lettings only includes finding a tenant in line with landlord guidelines, advising on property preparation, providing compliance and health and safety guidance, marketing and advertising, accompanied viewings, collecting and holding the deposit as stakeholder, providing the tenant with a payment method and remitting rent as received, and discussing renewal or termination before the tenancy ends. Letting and property management includes these services plus arranging routine repairs, liaising with utility suppliers, holding keys, retaining a working fund, day to day management, approving supplier invoices, testing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, at least one annual property visit, an emergency out of hours service and deposit negotiations.
