Individual 60-minute sessions combine embodied, trauma-informed and holistic approaches to support greater self-awareness, nervous-system regulation and lasting transformation. Sessions are available in Berlin and online. One session costs 100 euros. Packages include 4 sessions for 380 euros instead of 400, 6 sessions for 560 euros instead of 600, 8 sessions for 740 euros instead of 800, and 10 sessions for 920 euros instead of 1000. If you are more than 20 minutes late or do not attend without notice, you forfeit the session and are fully charged. Cancellation by 20:00 the evening before is possible in case of sickness or emergency, and the session will be rescheduled.
