Dinner buffet with seafood on ice, including scallop, mussel, sea whelk, chilled prawn, snow crab leg and US air flown oyster; Japanese selections including sushi, maki and sashimi; appetisers, salads, cheeses and crackers, soups, cooking station dishes, hot dishes and desserts. Includes one serving of either half lobster with choice of cheese or chef's specialities, or two pieces of baby abalone with Chinese mushroom and broccoli. Some dishes are available on a rotation basis. The hotel reserves the right to amend the menu without prior notice.
