Haiku offers a modern interpretation of Japanese Kaiseki cuisine with a 10-12 course Omakase chef's choice tasting menu. The menu progresses from individually handmade edomae sushi using fish flown in daily from Japan to hyper-seasonal ingredients at their peak. Signature wine pairings are offered with each course from a curated wine, sake and champagne list. Only one service is offered per day for a member and up to 15 personally selected guests. Menus and ambiance are individually customized, with several live entertainment options available. Haiku is on demand 24/7, and the member chooses the date and time for their event. Haiku@Home recreates the entire Haiku experience at a member's home or yacht. By appointment only.
