The student must be under 22 years old and a full-time high school, college or university student, and must meet one of these criteria: be in the upper 20% of the class scholastically, have a minimum B average, have a minimum grade of 3 on a 4-point scale, or be included on a Dean’s List or Honor Roll. Eligibility requires submitting a recent report card or a signed letter from the student’s school administrator.
