Each month, receive $200 credit applicable toward services of your choice, with some exclusions. Accumulate credits to access higher priced services. Credits apply toward full price services only, cannot be combined with any promotion, discount or rebate, and are excluded from exchanges. Bring a friend who is new to Skin Spa and they get 30% off their first treatment. Membership fees are billed on the first of each month. Membership is cancelable at any time before the 20th of each month after three months of membership for the one month initial offer or six months for the three months initial offer. The membership fee cannot be combined with any other offer. Membership is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be frozen, requires ID verification for treatments, and offers no refunds or credit for lesser value services. Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services. Price is subject to change with 30 days notice. Your account must be in perfect standing.
