Enjoy a masterclass exploring the secret histories and methods behind your chosen spirit. Each attendee receives a welcome drink, four tasters of their chosen spirit and, after about 60 minutes of stories, something fine and rare from the private collection. Gin and whisky masterclasses are held at Merchant House. Rum masterclasses are held at Black Parrot, approximately 10 minutes' walk away.
