Online gift cards must be validated online and will not be accepted in store. Shop online and enter the gift card code at checkout in the cart payment section. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and may be used for goods or services at participating Crystal outlets. Remaining value is not refundable in cash, and any additional cost must be paid by the redeemer. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, used for cash equivalent transactions such as bill payments or wash club accounts, returned for a refund, consolidated into a new voucher, or replaced after expiry. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen, and may be void if defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with. Surcharges may apply for large vehicles or excess dirt or bugs.
