Online gift cards must be validated online and will not be accepted in store. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and may be used to purchase goods or services at participating Crystal outlets. Remaining value is not refundable in cash, and any additional cost must be paid by the redeemer. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, used for cash equivalent transactions such as bill payments or wash club accounts, returned for a refund, consolidated into a new gift voucher, or replaced after expiry. Vouchers may be cancelled or blocked at Crystal's discretion, and will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Surcharges may apply for large vehicles and excess dirt or bugs.
