Applications for printing costs for a monographic dissertation must be submitted before printing, together with the application form, the publisher's quotation, and a recommendation from the primary supervisor. Applications for funding from other foundations or funds are encouraged but not required. All other third-party funding must be reported to the Dean's Office before and after it is awarded. Payment is made after submission of the required copies to the University Library, issue of the doctoral certificate, receipt of the final printing invoice, and final accounting of other third-party funding. No additional copies are required. The support must be acknowledged in the preface of the printed dissertation.
