Venue rental is available Friday from 4pm to 11pm, with a 4-hour minimum at $1,500 per hour. Included amenities are cleaning before and after the event, hand sanitizer units, onsite management, a door person, elevator operator, Sonos surround systems, a 65-inch TV upon request, heat lamps, WiFi, ample power, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and sink, a unisex bathroom, and lounge seating, tables and chairs.
