Crumpler will fix genuine manufacturing defects for free. Examples include hardware failing or breaking unexpectedly, stitching coming undone prematurely, zippers stopping due to a manufacturing issue, and fabric or straps failing in a way they should not. Repairs are assessed via the Repair Request Form or in person at Bag Spa. This warranty does not apply to Crumpler products purchased in Europe, Africa, or South America.
