Learners aged between 19 and 23 without a full Level 3 qualification may be able to study a Level 3 course for free, subject to checks of prior qualifications and receipt of JSA, ESA, Universal Credit, Income Support or a low wage. Some Level 3 courses may also be free for learners aged 24 or over without a Level 3 qualification who are unemployed or earning a low wage, and for London residents aged 19 to 23 who are working and receiving a low wage. Two-year Extended Diplomas, A Levels and Access to HE Diplomas are excluded.
