Services include land use purpose conversion, subdivision and parcel consolidation, replacement of lost or damaged land use rights certificates, completion certification for urban construction, bringing commercial and service land into use, converting temporary land use certification to a red book, buying and selling or consigning houses and land, using pink book mortgages for tax and bank loan maturity, and registering land use rights certificates. Applications with disputes or unclear legal status, or located in clearance and compensation areas, are not accepted. Applicants are legally responsible for false documents or information.
