Delivery charges decrease based on order amount, with free delivery for orders of €40 or more including VAT in mainland France, excluding Corsica. Home delivery is provided by Chronopost, and delivery to a pickup point is also available. Some fragile products, including artistic pieces, macarons, meringues and chocolate lollipops, cannot be shipped and are available in stores.
