Graduating students and their guests can park for free all day long for all commencement ceremonies, including undergraduate, graduate, and law ceremonies, in Rutgers-Newark Parking Deck 1 at 200 University Avenue, Deck 2 at 166 Washington Street, or Deck 3 at 180 Washington Street. After parking, guests can walk to Prudential Center or NJPAC, or use the commencement shuttle services.
