Bookings may normally be cancelled free of charge up until 24 hours before the rental is due to start. Rentals commencing on a Monday require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Check with the renting site because local terms may differ. If you fail to collect the vehicle on the start date, or do not cancel with the required notice, you must pay at least £50 or the location's designated fee, charged to your credit or debit card.
