Cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the rental begins and receive a full refund by bank transfer. If you cancel within the 7 days before the rental begins, you receive the reservation amount as a credit for use in your personal account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental begins are not eligible for credit.
