The counselling service, including counselling, diagnostics, psychotherapeutic support for children, adolescents, parents, families and couples, group services for children and parents, and counselling for other caregivers of children, is free and confidential. It can also be provided anonymously on request. The child must live in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf to access the service.
