Authors who are SACD members can use 17 offices, 6 meeting rooms and one fully equipped residence space free of charge, by reservation. Offices accommodate 1 to 3 people and meeting rooms accommodate 4 to 15 people. Members can make up to 3 reservation slots per week. Reservations are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 18:00, ending at 17:00 on Fridays. Office reservations open Thursdays at 09:00 for the following week. Members living outside Ile-de-France can book on a rolling monthly basis. Meeting rooms can be booked for the current month and the following month.
