We offer reasonable fixed legal fees for property transfers. Our Cost Disclosure sets out the attendances which form part of a standard conveyancing transaction. There is no additional charge to prepare a Section 27 Statement for early deposit release on a sale transaction or to prepare nomination forms for a joint or substitute purchaser.
