The first individual consultation, parental support consultation or couple consultation requires advance payment to confirm the appointment. A payment link is sent after booking, and the appointment is confirmed when payment is received. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. If cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in case of absence, the consultation remains payable, except in exceptional circumstances assessed case by case. The first psychological consultation for a child, adolescent or adult costs 70 EUR.
