The family premium includes a spouse or partner and their children aged 18 years or under, or 21 years or under if in full-time education. Children can be included free of charge provided they reside permanently with a parent who is the principal insured person and aged under 66 years at the date of payment of the insurance premium, meet the age requirements, and are named on the certificate.
