Gift vouchers are subject to availability. No aspect of the voucher is cash refundable and no refunds will be issued. The gift voucher number is required when making the booking. If you do not show up for your appointment, the gift voucher is deemed to be used and is cancelled. If a cancellation occurs, Essence Cancellation Policy procedures are followed. All vouchers purchased online are sent by email and can be brought in store as an email or printout for scanning.
