Gift vouchers are subject to availability. Vouchers are not cash refundable and no refunds will be issued. The gift voucher number is required when making a booking. If you book and do not attend your appointment, the voucher is deemed used and cancelled. Essence's cancellation policy applies where a cancellation occurs. Online vouchers are sent by email and must be presented as an email or printout in store for scanning.
