Success In Print will help APAN member organizations find, hire, onboard and support new salespeople. Services include consulting on compensation, creating job descriptions, writing recruitment ads and social media posts, contacting local colleges and universities, screening resumes and applications, conducting Zoom screening interviews, and providing a three month onboarding, training and mentoring engagement with weekly coaching calls, strategy sessions and sales preparation. A $7,000 retainer is payable in two installments of $3,500, with a $1,000 retention bonus payable six months from the date of hire, for a total of $8,000. This represents a $3,000 discount, or 27%, from the regular fee schedule. If no offer has been made after three months or 20 qualified candidates, fees may be renegotiated.
