New function bookings at Bourke Street Green with a minimum of 30 guests, held between 1 November and 22 December 2026, must be confirmed and contracted by 31 October 2026. A minimum food package purchase is required, with packages starting from the Classic Package at $37 per person. A $500 deposit is required to secure the booking. Each adult guest receives one complimentary standard drink from the selected event drinks menu on arrival. A non-alcoholic alternative is available. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 years or over, in accordance with responsible service of alcohol requirements.
