The programme offers financial assistance and free, personalised support at every stage of renovation projects for private residential co-ownership buildings. Eligible projects include global renovations, energy renovation works and environmental improvement works. Subject to conditions, funding may include a flat-rate grant of EUR 5,000 for a global audit or Technical Global Diagnosis, energy renovation subsidies of up to 35% of eligible pre-tax works when the energy saving is at least 15%, and individual assistance for lower-income owner-occupiers of up to 75% of eligible pre-tax works when the co-ownership project qualifies for ANAH assistance.
