Includes a 6-hour Loft rental with 2 hours for setup, 3 to 4 hours for the event and 1 hour for load-out, full furniture inventory with tables, chairs and lounge seating, ambient lighting, a site representative, cleaning and BYO catering welcome. For 15 to 50 people. Weekday pricing starts at $2,000 and weekend pricing is $2,500. Intimate events under 25 people are $2,000 weekdays and $2,500 weekends. Standard events for 25 to 50 people are $2,600 weekdays and $3,200 weekends.
