$1550 per month plus $75 utilities, available with a 12-month lease only. Security deposit and first month are required for move-in, totaling two times the monthly rent. Applicants must have income of 2.5 times the rent and a minimum credit score of 650. International applicants without US credit, founders, and freelancers are welcome. Move-in can be prorated to any day of the month. All leases become month-to-month after the initial term. No rooms are currently available as of August 2026, with the next opening likely in the fall. No short-term leases are currently offered.
