Membership costs £20 per month. Members are matched with a qualified peer and can give and receive up to one counselling session per week, client led. All members are fully qualified and insured to practise. The membership includes thoughtful peer matching, support with changing therapist, a membership area for self-managed settings, and possible choice of modality or specialism, although this can take longer to match. The model is a fair skills exchange with no hierarchy. Membership can be cancelled immediately, with a request to offer a closing session to matched peers where possible.
