Available to Directors, Senior Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and above at Regeneron. Under an arrangement with Regeneron, UBS provides financial planning services as an investment adviser pursuant to a written agreement with each eligible Regeneron employee. The agreement details the terms, conditions, fee, and scope of the engagement, and Regeneron pays the fee directly to UBS. Clients are not required to establish accounts, purchase products, or otherwise transact business with UBS to implement suggestions made in the financial plan. Implementation is separate from and not included in the financial planning services.
