Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm, by appointment only, to request consular services. Punctuality is requested. If you cannot attend, provide at least 48 hours' notice. Bring all required documentation, including photocopies. Appointments are requested by email. Check the visa section because some visa processes start at BLS and not at this consulate.
