Dogs can be welcomed 30 minutes either side of their appointment at no additional charge. Beyond that period, a fee of $5 per 30 minutes applies. For example, a two-hour groom booked from 1pm to 3pm can be held from 12.30pm to 3.30pm without an additional charge. If collection is at 5pm, an additional $15 is charged on top of the grooming fee.
