A complete hypnobirthing workshop package for one couple, including both sessions: Session 1, core foundations for women only, and Session 2, deeper work with the birth partner. Includes 6 to 7 hours of guided preparation, theory and practice, expert guidance from a doula and obstetrician team, post-session support via a private WhatsApp group, audio resources for home use, and an intimate group setting with a maximum of 5 couples. Pay £350 per couple, or in 2 instalments of £175.
