Referring clinicians who are no more than three months in arrears can receive a 25% discount from the applicable hourly consulting room rate by committing to regular room use for 12 months, with payment by monthly standing order or direct debit. Bank holidays are included in the monthly fee, and a credit is provided if the facility closes and the room is unavailable. There is otherwise no reduction or refund if the room is unused, including due to clinician sickness, holiday, patient cancellation or non-attendance.
