For a transfer of a commercial or artisan business, fees are based on the transfer price: 5% for €0 to €250,000, 2.5% for €251,000 to €500,000, 2% for €501,000 to €1,000,000, and 1.5% above €1,000,000. The minimum fee is €6,000 including VAT.
