Free collection in store for products ordered through the Berthillon online shop. Customers select the collection location, date and time slot during checkout. Collection is available at the selected point during its opening hours. Fresh products are reserved only until closing on the chosen collection day and cannot be refunded if not collected within 48 hours of the order. Frozen products may be reserved for up to four working days after order validation only upon an express request made within 24 hours.
