Effective from July 1, 2026. Initial Chinese medicine consultation from $40 per session, up to 20 minutes. Follow-up consultation from $35 per session, up to 15 minutes. Each consultation includes up to 15 minutes of Chinese medicine diagnosis, personalised prescription and/or health advice. Every additional 10 minutes incurs an extra charge of 0.5 sessions. Acupuncture treatment from $55 per session, up to 30 minutes, with every additional 15 minutes charged at 0.5 sessions. Other associated therapies, including moxibustion, warm needling, thread embedding, cupping, Guasha, Tuina, manual therapy and electrotherapy, may be applied and charged depending on the patient's condition, time spent and informed consent. Remedial massage is $80 to $100 per 30-minute session and is available only with participating practitioners. Chinese medicine health management is $150 per session, up to 60 minutes, and is available only with participating practitioners. VIP members receive discounts on Chinese medicine consultations, treatments, prescription herbal medicine and other in-store products, excluding certain special offers or promotional items. LIHCC, PCC, CSHC holders and overseas students are eligible for discounts on prescription herbal medicine.
