Single rooms are $469 per week and include catered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room has a shared bathroom and no cleaning service. Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water are included. The contract period is 44 weeks, from 10 February 2026 to 11 December 2026. Weekly rates are for 2026 and are expected to change yearly. Rates shown are for full-year contracts only.
