As of July 12, 2026, USPS offers a Catalog Incentive Price discount to Catalog mailers that comply with the Catalog definition in the Domestic Mail Manual and meet all other eligibility requirements. The incentive applies to all USPS Marketing Mail products except EDDM-Retail and to Bound Printed Matter flats and parcels.
