Earn Carmel Points on completed and fully paid transportation reservations booked through Carmel's website booking engine while logged into a VIP account or through the Carmel smartphone application. Points are awarded based on the trip's Base Fare, excluding tips, tolls, gratuities and other fees: $1.00 to $99.99 earns 1 point per $1.00 spent, $100.00 to $199.99 earns 2 points per $1.00 spent, $200.00 to $299.99 earns 3 points per $1.00 spent, $300.00 to $399.99 earns 4 points per $1.00 spent, $400.00 to $499.99 earns 5 points per $1.00 spent, and $500.00 and up earns 6 points per $1.00 spent. Points may take up to eight weeks to post. Points can be converted into Carmel Car Cash after reaching a conversion option's minimum points requirement, with each dollar of Car Cash redeemable only toward future transportation reservations booked through the Carmel website or smartphone application. Points are not awarded for call center or office bookings and cannot be combined with other benefits, offers, promotions, discounts, credits, coupons, vouchers, discounted rates, certificates or airline reward programs. Points and Car Cash expire if there is no qualifying activity for 12 months.
