This is an appointment-based practice. Please cancel an agreed appointment at least 24 hours in advance by telephone, via Doctolib or by email. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the deadline calculation. If you do not attend your appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 40 EUR under Section 615 of the German Civil Code.
