Individuals need the invoice, buyer and seller IDs, purchase agreement, new owner's proof of address in the State of Mexico and circulation card. Companies need the invoice, re-invoice and corporate documents. The change applies only to the name on the circulation card and cannot modify vehicle data. Invoices are no longer endorsed and must be accompanied by a re-invoice.
